How to be more organized

Yeeeezzz my desk is a mess! Hello everyone! How is your day going? Mine is pretty good except that I have a mess in my office and I have a lot to do! I mean come on if we want to be successful, I guess we should start by becoming more organized, right? So I did a little research and I’m going to share with you some tips you can follow if you’re looking for being more organized (like me).



Organize daily tasks: this is so you can prioritize your tasks and never don’t leave any behind. Organized them by categories and schedule every single one of them. 



Use the Pomodoro technique: Now that you have your tasks organized by categories, it's time to start doing them; but wait! You still have one step left to better manage your time. We recommend that you use the Pomodoro Technique, which consists of 25 minutes of intensive activity with 5 minutes of rest (this is a Pomodoro) and every four Pomodoro take a half-hour break. The goal of vigorous activity is to reduce distractions; calls, emails, small talk, meetings, and a long etcetera, to give the highest priority to what you are doing.



Get rid of the trash: Old papers, useless stationery, wrappings of all kinds, empty water bottles; everything that no longer has use has to be reused or directly to the trash can to be recycled. This will free up a bit of space and you won’t have a mess as I have on my desk.



Take a break: eat outside the office and go for a walk, have a coffee and some fresh air ... Take a break from your workday for half an hour. You must do this because it will give you energy and feel motivated.

Do one thing at a time: Multitasking is anti-productivity (it took me a while to understand this). Focus on what you do and when you are done, start with another activity.



Done. Follow these tips and you won’t have an issue when it comes to organize and accomplish.
