How long does it take to ship my order? 

It takes one or two weeks to fulfill your order. 


Do I need to pay when I make the order?

You can pay when your order is ready to ship, when you make your online order, click at the payment option called "Payment Upon Shipment", that way we will proceed with your order and call you before shipping it. 


How often do you have new products?

We have new products every 15 days, so keep in touch or subscribe to our newsletters and follow us on instagram or facebook.


How much will shipping cost?

We will let you know when we quote it, but you have an estimate in the chart of this page. 


How do I report broken products?

You have to take pictures of the broken products, then send them by email to lizeth@thewelcomesign.com  and that way you are going to receive a credit of the value of the piece or pieces you report.


Where are the products from?

All of our products are mexican handcrafts or semi-industrialized.


Which are the shipping methods?

We have two shipping methods, one is UPS and the other one is by pallet.


Do my products have a guarantee?

Yes, you have one week to report broken products.


Is the shipping prices that the page estimates accurate?

Yes, we did an analysis of the shipping cost in each region of the united states and we subsidize 40% of this cost. This price includes Liftgate fee. 


Are there additional charges for shipping?

  • If you want the delivery in a residencial address.
  • Limited access fee may apply if the shipment take extra effort or time to navigate. This includes places that are difficult to get to, congested areas, or destinations that have strict security requirements.
